Oil paint on linen panel mounted in float frame

I create imagery that responds to our natural world as it stands today. In this piece I seek to convey the magic and light within an imaginary forest. Found images are conveyed through marks and layered stains of color. I am also responding to the color, weave and texture of the linen surface below, which becomes apart of the environment.
