My work explores the nature of memory, transformative and transitory states, and the act and language of making meaning. "Persephone", is a figure half in shadow, half in light. A powerful figure of secret promise, she wears a crown embroidered with seed beads. Regardless of her place, her station, or the season, she is complete in herself.
