Mixed Media: Color pencil and gel pen

Working in a series can provide (for me) added focus of attention along with a variety of possibilities. I use Legion Stonehenge aqua black paper because it has better lightfast qualities.
Using a limited palette, I made large forms and then went back to add fun details. The golfer was not planned but "appeared" from an ambiguous form. There was no strategy. I was trying to depict fun.
